Refund & Return Policy

At OFF//SCENE, all our products are made to order and printed individually for each customer. Because of this personalized production process, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item you received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described.


1. No Returns for Change of Mind
As all items are produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds based on a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is significantly flawed, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will request a photo of the product and the packaging. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Wrong Item Received
In the rare case that you receive the wrong product or size, please email us with a photo and your order number. We will send you the correct item free of charge.

4. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the carrier. If the issue is not resolved, contact us and we will investigate further. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
