OFF//SCENE is committed to providing reliable, efficient, and transparent shipping to all customers within the European Union. All orders are processed and fulfilled by trusted print partners located inside the EU, which allows for faster delivery and eliminates customs-related fees or complications.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship exclusively to the 27 member countries of the European Union:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

We do not offer shipping outside the European Union.

Order Processing Time

All products are made to order. The average processing time is 2 to 4 business days, after which the order is handed over to a print partner within the EU for dispatch.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time across the EU is between 3 and 7 business days from the date of shipment.

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination country and the size or quantity of the order.

Since all products are produced and shipped within the EU, no customs duties, import taxes, or hidden fees apply. The price you see at checkout is the final amount.

Partial Shipments

In some cases (e.g., when products are printed at different locations), your order may arrive in multiple packages. No additional shipping fees will apply for split deliveries.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping information during checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is not collected within the carrier’s holding period, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Uncollected Packages

If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed, we may offer reshipment subject to additional shipping costs.
